Submission guidelines

1. Abstracts must be submitted in English.

2. Titles should be entered in the "Title Field" (not as part of the abstract) and should contain no more than 20 words or 120 characters including spaces.

3. Abstract text should be entered in the "Abstract Text Field" and should contain no more than 300 words according to presentation form. The system will not allow you to enter more than 300 words. Single space all text. Do not leave blank lines. Use standard abbreviations. Place a special or unusual abbreviation in parenthesis after the full word the first time it appears.  Write numbers as numerals rather than words.

4.  The proposer can submit one 300 word abstract either it is a Paper, Poster, Poster Workshop, Symposium.

5. The proposer of Symposium or Poster Workshop should submit full Symposium/Poster Workshop. He has to present a 300 word overview of the Symposium/Poster Workshop (cover abstract) and for each Symposium/Poster workshop - up to 300 word contributing abstracts.

6. Authors' names and institutions should be entered in the appropriate fields. The following data is needed for the "Institution Field" - Name of the Institution, Department, City and Country.

7. Please avoid references. However, if references are used they should be included in the text as: (Authors, journal, year, volume, pages).

8. Abstracts must be in comprehensible English and must conform to the guidelines or they will not be accepted.

9. In order to make the abstract as informative as possible, please include a brief statement of the purpose of the study, the method used, the result observed, and the conclusions based upon results. You may subtitle the paragraphs in the following order: Background, Method, Results, and Conclusions.

10. It is the author‘s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author. Changes to abstracts are only possible if you have not completed the abstract submission on line. After submitting the abstract, no changes are accepted.

11. Please note, that the same Login name and password can be used for registration and abstract submission on-line.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware of the fact that only one person can be the presenter, and no one can present more than one paper at the Conference.

Abstract Submission is closed.

Notification of acceptance / rejection will be e-mailed by January 30th, 2010 (contact Conference Secretariat if you have not received your notification by e-mail). The corresponding autho will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract. The corresponding author is responsible for informing all authors of the status of the abstract.
