EARA Student and Early Career Network
At the 12th conference of the European Association for Research on Adolescence in Vilnius, Lithuania, we welcome you to join the activities of the EARA Student and Early Career Network. This network is a platform promoting the communication among junior researchers, and between junior researchers and established scientists, in the field of adolescence. Joining in our activities and becoming a member of the network offers many opportunities like:
- getting to know other researchers working on similar topics - creating a network, e.g. to submit symposia together at future conferences;
- receiving information relevant for your further career;
- presenting yourself and your research on our website;
- being supported by senior scientists.
As in earlier years, we will organize several activities for students and early career researchers at the conference, for example our biannual student and early career meeting, an informal dinner, and a poster of the day contest. Furthermore, we are planning to organize informal coffee & conversation hours in which groups of young researchers can talk about specific topics relevant to their careers.
So, feel welcome to participate in our activities at the conference and if you would like to become active otherwise in our network (e.g. as our new deputy representative, or as a volunteer at the conference), please contact us!
