Welcome Reception

Venue: Lobby of Mykolas Romeris University, Building I (Ateities str. 20)
Date and time: 12th May, 19.30
Tasteful food and refreshing drinks will be served during the evening. This is perfect time to meet old collegues and make new contacts.
During the general Welcome Reception of the conference, students and early career researchers can informally meet each other and the Student and Early Career representatives in a part of the reception area (look for the sign).
Dress code - smart casual.
EARA 2012 Spetses Reception

Venue: Lobby of Mykolas Romeris University, Building I (Ateities str. 20)
Date and time: 13th May, 17.30 - 18.30
During Reception participants will be greeted by the President of the Conference, Professor Elias Besevegis and an outline of the conference will be presented. Right after a wine reception will follow. All conference participants are cordially invited to attend the reception.
Student and Early Career Dinner*

Venue: "Forto Dvaras" (Pilies str. 16)
Date and time: 13th May, 20.00
Join students and early career researchers for a fun night out in a restaurant in the old town! During this social dinner you can meet other students and new professionals and enjoy informal networking and conversation. You can buy your ticket through the conference website as well as on-site. Hope to see you there!
Forto Dvaras' Pilies street location is the place to go if you want the authentic Lithuanian culinary experience. Much of the menu is produced strictly by the original techniques using local ingredients.
* This dinner, hosted by EARA Student and Early Career Network, is for students, PhD candidates AND early career researchers (post-docs, assistant professors).

Conference Dinner

Venue: Hotel "Artis" restaurant "La Traviata" (Liejyklos str. 11/23)
Date and time: 14th May, 20.00
Artis hotel is within the walking distance from the Presidential Palace and other city's remarkable historical buildings and attractions.
„La Traviata"is one of the biggest restaurants in Vilnius Old Town, which is located in the restored nineteenth century buildings district. It combines attractive interiors, historic environment and excellent cuisine.
Special food, drinks and live jazz music will set everyone for the pleasant mood and interesting evening.
Dress code - smart.
